A spotless car, without the hassle

Extremely nice good calm driver. Very polite man got here in very good time. He went the quickest and easiest route to get from sidcup to lewisham hospital. You should give him a pay rise. Very nice man.

⭐ 2/5 ⭐ | DISAPPOINTING AIRPORT TRANSFER EXPERIENCE I’ve always used Data Cars for airport runs and generally trusted the service, but this experience has really made me question whether I’ll use them again. Firstly, the driver seemed to have no common sense when it came to where to park and wait. There are designated areas where it would be much easier for passengers to find their driver, yet the driver chose to park elsewhere, making the whole process more difficult than it needed to be. Then there’s the price. I booked the journey with a fixed price, so I expected to pay exactly that. Instead, an additional £10 was taken from my account for leaving the airport. Why? If I’m given a fixed price for an airport journey, surely the cost of leaving the airport should already be included. I would like the extra £10 refunded. I’ve used Data Cars many times for airport transfers, but after this experience I’m seriously considering sticking with Uber instead. A fixed price should mean a fixed price, and the whole airport pickup experience should be straightforward, not unnecessarily complicated. Hopefully Data Cars can look into this and explain why the additional £10 was charged.

The driver lacked in decorum and customer care, our flight was over 2hrs delayed arrival at 2am, utterly exhausted. We tried contacting your driver to agree pick up point and eventually found him only for him to receive us with a shouting lecture and telling off as to why we did not call him, then getting out of the car to continue the shouting telling off lecture before loading the bags, eventually observing we were too exhausted for this type of engagement and just wanted to get home. I have used Data Cars many times and always had a positive experiece, this morning was an exception. This driver lets you down, his approach and customer care are completely lacking.

Booked a return trip for the same day both were afternoon bookings the outward booking was 40mins late and driver tried to charge me £10.50 for a trip that i make weekly which is £8.00 the return trip was 90 mins late despite messages and operator saying it was 3 minutes away eventually it was cancelled . I have stayed loyal to data cars , eventually my son booked uber, car arrived immediatltly and fair was £2.50! As a loyal.customer feel very let down.

I booked a taxi the week before needing picking up from Southend Airport after a night flight. I booked the taxi for 10pm. I was told the taxi would arrive at the scheduled flight time and after every half an hour there would be an additional charge. When I arrived I got out the gates quickly and was out by 10:05. I called the taxi people and they had forgotten about us. They hadn’t even dispatched a driver. I got no apology, instead I got an argumentative woman on the phone. It was myself and my sister so two young women coming home late from abroad, they don’t have any safety concerns or business etiquette. I will never use them again. AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.
